Individuals brought into the world with incapacities foster strength from their experience growing up to battle despite everything. Vijaya Lakshmi Nara is one among the individuals who have been battling against these chances since adolescence. Today, the artist Vijaya Lakshmi has demonstrated that the proverb “Nothing is impossible if you have passion for something” is true. Vijaya Lakshmi Nara has been residing in Turkapally village in Shamirpet. She grew up in a poor family. She has one sister and two brothers; only her elder brother is normal, while the other three siblings, including her, have physical disabilities. Her elder brother Anand, has decided to take care of his family because they are a poor family.

“I’m not the only child who has been affected by this,” Vijaya told WOW Awards. Additionally, my younger siblings are physically challenged. Only my older brother is responsible for looking after our family. My mom has forever been my solidarity and she has consistently roused me in my enthusiasm of drawing and painting.” She was never upset due to her incapacity. Despite this, she was always an inspiration to the children of her village and others with disabilities of a similar nature.

When she was in fourth grade, she began her career as an artist. She enjoyed herself by drawing and painting paintings of nature while her peers of her age played in the grounds. From that point forward she comprehended that drawing and painting was her obsession and acquired joy in it. Alongside her enthusiasm of drawing and painting, she has additionally been giving educational costs and applies mehendi plans, so she can help her family in monetary terms. She has additionally been leading different presentations that have assisted with building her self confidence.

We are grateful to the government for supporting her in putting on these exhibitions. Telangana Divyang Kala Yathra by the wheel-chair-using artists was recently organized by her and her team at Padmavathi Institute for the Disabled. During this exhibition, these artists go to zilla parishad schools and other locations to run programs that aim to motivate people of their kind all over Telangana to reach their goals.

She made the decision to pursue this art as a career when she launched her own YouTube channel in 2018 and has since uploaded more than 200 videos there.
