Currently serving as the Region Chairperson (RC) of Lions International Warangal–Hanamkonda, Dr. Padmaja Devi has been at the forefront of impactful service activities that foster social justice, education, healthcare, and leadership development. Through her Lions International role, she continues to inspire youth, strengthen community bonds, and create meaningful platforms for women empowerment in Warangal and Hanamkonda.

Alongside her Lions International service, she plays a pivotal role as the State Working Mahila President of BC Sanskhema Sangham Telangana, where she actively advocates for the welfare, rights, and empowerment of women from backward communities.
