Dr. Padmaja Devi, a dynamic leader from Hanamkonda, Warangal, is a distinguished personality known for her remarkable contributions in social service, women empowerment, and community development across Telangana. Currently serving as the Region Chairperson (RC) of Lions International Warangal–Hanamkonda, Dr. Padmaja Devi has been at the forefront of impactful service activities that foster social justice, education, healthcare, and leadership development. Through her Lions International role, she continues to inspire youth, strengthen community bonds, and create meaningful platforms for women empowerment in Warangal and Hanamkonda.

Alongside her Lions International service, she plays a pivotal role as the State Working Mahila President of BC Sanskhema Sangham Telangana, where she actively advocates for the welfare, rights, and empowerment of women from backward communities. Her dedication ensures that women in Warangal, Hanamkonda, and beyond receive the resources, training, and opportunities needed for social and economic independence.

As the Founder & Chairperson of Sai Shivani Welfare Society Warangal, Dr. Padmaja Devi has initiated several welfare programs focusing on education, healthcare, cultural development, and community upliftment. Her initiatives include skill development workshops, child education projects, healthcare awareness drives, and cultural activities that strengthen the social fabric of Telangana.
